“Our relationship with CityPat began in April 2015. Since then they have provided PAT testing at all of our 34 sites, and have recently branched out into EICR testing and the accompanying remedial work where required. Our sites are almost all retail outlets, and the associated permissions often required have been handled entirely by CityPat with no need for any further work on Scribbler’s part. The feedback from store staff has been entirely positive.

We chose CityPat originally because of their pricing. Coming in at about 20% below the average quotation we received, they were half the price of one of their major competitors, and by far the cheapest we could find. Now in our second year with CityPat, there has been no increase in price, which might have been reasonably expected. However, this has certainly not been reflected in the level of service we have received, which I can only describe as Grade AAA+! The attention to detail and accuracy has been of the highest level, and we have been kept in the loop at all times by the attentive and friendly sales manager, Daz Jones. When required, CityPat have gone out of their way to help us, notably by providing certificates at extremely short notice.

All in all, we can thoroughly recommend them.”
