The majority of appliances that fail the test do so because of faults in either the plug or cable. We do not charge for rectifying minor faults:

    • Re-wiring Plug - No Charge
    • Fitting New Plug - No Charge
    • Replacing Incorrect Fuses - No Charge
    • Re-Test after Repair - No Charge

Major Faults

We do not undertake major repairs as this would in the minds of some, jeopardize our position as impartial testers. We therefore have no vested interest in seeing your appliances fail as we are not looking for additional work
